Vice President Ransom called the meeting to order at 7:34pm.

A motion was made to accept last month’s minutes as presented by K Hansen and 2nd by T. Collins. Unanimously approved.

The treasurer’s report was handed out by A. O’Toole and reviewed.
A motion was made to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented by K.Hansen and 2nd by J. Andryzeck. Unanimously approved.

Policy: Meeting will be held on April 28, 2005, 7:30pm at the Pleasant Valley Fire Station.
SCBA: Equipment has been ordered.
Old Business
Barkhamsted East Station and Pumper: The trees along the property line were cut down on 4/13/05. Still waiting on financing.
Dry Hydrants: Nothing at this time.
State/FEMA Grants: May 17, 2005 is the deadline for Forestry grant applications. Pleasant Valley and Riverton did not submit applications. Barkhamsted East did apply for a quad, a cargo trailer and GPS radios.
Web Page: The page continues to be updated as information continues to trickle in.
Riverton Septic System: Nothing new at this time.
FDIC 2005: Four members are currently at FDIC.
2005-2006 Budgets: Discussion was held, all budgets were reviewed and changes were made.
